    We routinely represent employers at trial in state and federal courts on a variety of employment matters.  We have repeatedly obtained defense jury verdicts for employers in cases involving state and federal anti-discrimination laws.  We have defeated multiple payment of wages cases, including those brought as class-action claims.  We have successfully represented unionized employers at many dozens of labor arbitrations.

     

    We routinely counsel corporate clients in a variety of day-to-day personnel issues, such as hiring, discharging, and disciplining employees; managing absenteeism and leaves of absence;  drafting employment agreements; negotiating and navigating collective bargaining agreements; and compliance with occupational l health and safety regulations.
